As the game runner, you can pick a square for another player. Maybe it's someone that can't access the internet,
or maybe you want to fill in blank squares.
If the player
already exists, hit "Pick a Superbowl Square". Then put in HIS user name, but
use
the game runner password. This will let you pick a square for an already existing user.
If the player
doesn't exist yet, you'll need to create his player. Click "Pick a Superbowl Square"
and enter the
Initial password. It will come to a new screen and ask you for the new password for this player.
Make up a new password for him. Then you can proceed on to make the picks.
- If the user plans to make picks in the future, you'll need to let him know his user ID and password. If it's
someone who just can't access the internet, then you're done.

Yes, the easiest way would be to upload a spreadsheet. Just put each name into a spreadsheet of exactly 10 rows and 10 columns, then you can use the "upload squares from a spreadsheet" option....
You have to save the spreadsheet as tab-delimited...

It would be best to sell all the squares, because if one of the blank squares hits, then there would be no prize for that
quarter.
What you can do is, if a blank square is hit, then the prize for that quarter is distributed over the other quarters.
If just your luck, ALL the 4 hits are on blank squares, you could just return everyone's money.
Another approach would be to have more than 1 page, say, have a $20 page, and $50 page, and a $100 page, and fill up the
$20 first, etc, and if you don't get enough interest in the $100 page you could return the money.

You have to initiate it by clicking the "Automatically generate random numbers" link in your game runner menu.
This will create random numbers and fill in all the numbers. Once you do this, no more picks can be made.
Some people prefer to do it the traditional way, by using a deck of cards to generate the numbers. You can do it this was as well: use the "Manually Enter Random Numbers" link.

If you fill up your entire sheet and you want to sell more squares, you can create a new page with a similar name. For example, if your page is WildwoodSquares.htm, you could make a new one called WildwoodSquares2.htm.
In Squarespool Pro, there is a feature that lets you put multiple sheets on one page.

- In "Your Player Name or Handle:" enter the new player name you want to create. Just make up a name, you could

- In "Your Password or Initial Password:", put in the initial password given to you by your game runner
- You will now come to the "New Player" page.
- Make up a password that you can remember for your user. There are few restrictions, it's not case sensitive,
you don't need to use numbers or special characters (but you can if you want).
- If your game runner requires an email address or other information, fill that in.
- Hit the "Go For it" button.
- You will see "New Player xxxx was created in yyyy!", where xxxx is your new player name, and yyyy is the pool name.
- Hit the "Continue On to Pick a Square" button
- Now just click on any open square you want to pick. That's it!
